"In the service of managing strangers' expectations, I'm hesitant to write a truly honest review of Meg. But, alas, honesty is called for. So let me just add the very important caveat here that while, yes, Meg DID: 1) successfully and seamlessly sell my childhood home at full ask without my ever having to set foot on the property as I lived many states away. 2) Oversee the complete emptying of the home via a large estate sale, oversee the repair of the heating and cooling system, offer to return my cable box after I closed the account. 3) Spend a random Saturday afternoon tidying up the house's yard with her son (I had a paid landscaper!) you know, just to make it look even better, just because. 4) Drive 6.5 hours to deliver me two very personal and precious items of my family's left behind in the estate sale yes, you read that right. She drove 6.5 hours to reunite me with these items ignoring my protestations and one of the items, at least, could absolutely have been mailed with some risk. 5) Stay the picture of professionalism, experience, warmth, and not a small sprinkling of good humor throughout the swift sale, making a potentially very painful and emotional process one that I...almost enjoyed? So, yes. Grand disclaimer that Meg MAY or may not do any one of these things for you should you retain her to buy or sell a home. But, if you have the chance to work with her, and be the recipient of any one of her gifts - generosity, experience, kindness, or otherwise - you will be head and shoulders above the rest. Just like Meg."
