Megaan Pelaar

Megaan Pelaar is the Operations & Agent Success Manager for The Lothamer Group, bringing a design forward perspective and more than a decade plus of industry experience to the systems, structure, and strategy that guide the team’s success. With a background as a top-producing Chicago broker and formal training in Interior Design from Baylor University, Megaan blends creativity with operational precision to elevate every aspect of the team’s workflow.

Before stepping into her leadership role at The Lothamer Group, Megaan served as Territory Manager for Clever Real Estate, supporting partner agents across all of Texas and Florida. In that role, she strengthened performance systems, coached agents toward measurable growth, and built the operational foundations that now inform her approach to team management and transaction oversight.

Today, Megaan oversees all transactions, business operations, process design, and agent support for The Lothamer Group. She ensures every contract, communication, and internal workflow moves with clarity, efficiency, and intention. Her leadership is grounded in her core principles momentum, accountability and collaboration are values reflected in the team’s culture and the elevated experience they deliver.

Outside of real estate, Megaan’s life is shaped by creativity, nature, and a deep appreciation for community. She and her husband are based in Waco, TX where they own and operate a boutique farm Airbnb. Their farm is home to three dogs, two cats, a horse, chickens, and sheep, always inspiring Megaan’s passion for animals, hospitality, and natural living.

She is also deeply connected to Mexico and international travel. Her time spent each year near in a small coastal village enriches her worldview, shaping a creative approach rooted in simple lifestyle centered living, personal wellbeing, and a profound respect for cultural diversity and equality.
