"I have used Megan Beauvais as my realtor on two occasions. She helped me sell a home in 2005, and buy a home in 2006. In both cases she provided service well beyond my expectations – significantly better than any other realtor I’ve used in the past.
When selling my home, she provided suggestions and ideas that resulted in the house selling much quicker and for a higher price than the other houses in my neighborhood. When buying my home, she appeared to be more concerned with my needs as a buyer than she was with making a sale.
