"Megan is the best! Words cannot convey how fantastic Megan has been throughout my home buying experience. When I first started shopping for a house, I assumed that I would do as much as possible myself, perhaps nearly everything. After meeting Megan for the first time I immediately felt at ease, and began learning things I knew nothing about. From the beginning I felt I had a good friend helping me look for a house, rather than somebody I had just met. Her ability to make you feel relaxed, and to answer any and all questions as if she was just as interested in learning as I was made me feel comfortable and allowed me to learn things I probably would not have even known to ask about without her help. After a long period of watching houses online and visiting a few on my own, once I met Megan, she helped me focus on what would be most important and what would be less important (I thought I already knew). Eventually I found a house I liked, and Megan got to work with an offer. Almost immediately an even better house came on the market, and after a quick pep talk, she completely changed gears and walked me through every step, making the process clear, and making me comfortable with my choice. Despite some anxious moments waiting to see if my offer would be accepted, I felt more at ease than I ever would have without her help. Never mind that after seeing the entire process in action, I would have never been able to get very far without her. I had more than one bump along the way once the offer was accepted, and even when I called in a panic, she again made me feel like everything was going to be fine, and then she would quickly get to work resolving whatever issue popped up. Her contacts and knowledge solved problems so quickly, it almost felt like they weren't that big of a deal (they were!). I feel like I also learned how to help somebody make decisions after spending time with Megan. So much of house shopping and buying is debating whether or not a house is the right choice, in the right place and for the right price. She always said just the right thing to help me understand what I might think in the future if I made a choice for a certain house, or what I might kick myself for in the future if I did or didn't make some other choice. I often found myself thinking how great her advice was for making decisions in general, let alone one as big and important as a house. I love the house I purchased. There were a few points at which I thought it was all going to slip away, but above and beyond the nuts and bolts of the paperwork and other mechanical steps of trying to buy a house, Megan always let me know if a problem could be solved or not, how she would solve it, and then she would get to work making the problem disappear. I recommend Megan for anybody looking to buy a house, especially if you think you don't need the help."
