Megan Cipollini leads clients to success with a lifelong passion for real estate and a tangible enthusiasm for New York City living. She is known for her superb communication skills and her dauntless ability to see the big picture and potential for success in any situation.

Megan's interest in real estate was piqued early on, thanks to a family that moved frequently. She has fond memories of touring homes, admiring architectural styles and paying attention to the outsized impact even simple design changes could make. Megan later put that experience to work as a writer, editor and marketer in the architectural and interior design sector. She served as a marketing and business development manager for an interior design firm specializing in multifamily new construction projects in New York City and, most recently, led sales at one of the nation's preeminent luxury staging companies. Today, Megan's exceptional writing and marketing talents and design know-how are a boon to both buyers and sellers.

Originally from the South, Megan spent time abroad in France and Italy before making her childhood dream of living in New York City a reality. She earned an MBA with a concentration in real estate from NYU in 2020. Megan resides in the East Village, where she revels in the area's music history, vitality and great restaurants. She enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her German Wirehaired Pointer, Scout, and exploring the exciting urban landscape, preferably on a CitiBike.

Client Testimonials:

When you start purchasing a co-op in New York City for the first time, you don't realize that your broker will become an extension of yourselves; from the start of the search all the way through closing, you talk, text, and meet with your broker constantly. Fortunately, we ended up having Megan Cipollini on our team. Because of that, the whole process became far more manageable and enjoyable than if she was not. Megan was by our side through many of the biggest moments of our search: she led us on tours of a number of properties across the city, helped us set up walkthroughs, inspections, and more, was our #1 resource during the co-op application process, and responded to our many desperate, exasperated texts and calls day and night, weekdays and weekends. Without Megan's commitment to our search, it's likely we would have thrown our hands up in exasperation long ago. While the co-op process is not for the faint of heart, Megan makes all of the steps along the way feel manageable. She was our biggest advocate, cheerleader, and confidant throughout the process. She's as dependable as they come, which is perhaps the most important part of this process, since so much depends on getting steps scheduled and materials delivered on time. So thank you, Megan, for everything you did for us. For anyone looking for a broker and starting their home purchasing journey, there's no need to look beyond Megan and her team to help you. You won't regret it!
