She began her career in commercial real estate at a leading global real estate services firm, where she honed her skills and gained valuable insights into various aspects of the real estate market including appraisal, mortgage brokerage and development.

Throughout her career, Megan has specialized in working in acquisitions and asset management for multifamily and industrial REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) funds. Her deep understanding of these sectors, coupled with her analytical prowess, has enabled her to provide valuable insights and guidance to her clients.
