Megan Kopman

Megan is a licensed attorney Massachusetts Real Estate Broker has achieved the National Realtors Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) for her advanced study as well as years of experience successful representation of buyers, sellers, developers investors. Megan utilizes her extensive real estate expertise, local knowledge, investment analysis skills to guide every client through a successful transaction. Megan also represents investors developers from sourcing properties, "deal-appropriate" due diligence through acquisition, financing, construction layout planning, close sell out. Megan constantly ranks Top 20 the entire city of Boston all property types for total sales volume - representing Boston Real Estate buyers sellers the successful purchase or sale of their homes or investment properties. Megan prides herself not only on finding the right property for each client but also finding the property that will provide a healthy return for each client – whether a homeowner or developer. She views every transaction as an opportunity to build wealth for her clients.

Prior to launching a career in real estate, Megan was a commercial real estate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP where she represented lenders, borrowers/developers, large funds, private developers REITS the acquisition, financing, construction sell out of portfolio properties nationwide. Megan represented lending entities in the placement of first mortgage financing, construction financing, mezzanine debt. Megan also represented national developers joint venture partners in the acquisition, financing, development, disposition of all types of real estate assets. Megan graduated from Vanderbilt University and received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
