With over 23 years of success in luxury real estate, I’ve built a career not just on closed deals, but on elevating everyone around me. As a recipient of the Chairman’s Elite Award (Top 6%, William Raveis) and the Ruby Award at Engel & Völkers, I’ve consistently performed at a high level while mentoring fellow agents in listing strategy, technology, client experience, and negotiations.
My leadership helped grow the William Raveis Delray Beach office from 6 agents to over 40 during its transition from The Fite Group. I served as a guide and resource throughout that growth, and I continue to mentor agents at Engel & Völkers today, sharing knowledge, creating systems, and supporting others to thrive.
In addition to resale, I have over two decades of hands-on experience managing home renovation projects from concept to sale. I’ve personally overseen the renovation, design, budgeting, permitting, and resale of multiple single-family homes in Delray Beach’s sought-after Lake Ida neighborhood, each sold for a profit. I’ve worked directly with contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver full-scale renovations, additions, and custom home upgrades, functioning as the full project manager on every site I’ve led.
