"Finding a realtor who would take us on was not easy...it was actually kinda scary. Our sale was not a simple sign in the ground. It was a bit messy, with a lot of family drama and a property that needed a boost to realize its potential. Many voices were telling us to walk away, take an as-is offer- serious doom and gloom.
