As founder of The Probst Group at Compass and a Broker Associate and South Florida Principal, Megan serves buyers, sellers, and investors across South Florida and Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. She operates from the Compass Las Olas headquarters and leads her team's office at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, where she also serves as Sales Director for The Elliott Fort Lauderdale Beach. Having lived in Brickell, Delray Beach, and Fort Lauderdale — and spent the early years of her career embedded in Miami — she brings firsthand perspective to the full tri-county area. For clients whose needs extend beyond her markets, she draws on a deep network of trusted agents across South Florida and beyond to ensure the right connection is always made.

Before founding The Probst Group, Megan served as Marketing and Sales Director for a luxury waterfront development in Pompano Beach — one of South Florida's most compelling emerging markets — where she developed the on-the-ground instincts that still define how her team operates today. From entire companies relocating their operations to South Florida, to a single family in search of new horizons, Megan has proven time and again to be the advisor of choice for those making the move — guiding the transition with the latest tools, refined market knowledge, and the kind of steady hand that only comes from doing this at the highest level for years.

Her reach extends well beyond South Florida. Megan is a founding member of the new Compass International Division, currently launching with a focus on the Dominican Republic — bringing the same market intelligence, client service, and global connectivity that defines her South Florida practice to one of the Caribbean's fastest-growing luxury markets. Las Terrenas, Samaná has become a destination of choice for the same globally minded buyers she works with every day, and her presence there is a natural extension of the work she has always done.

This global connectivity is further strengthened by her membership in the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division — a nationally recognized network of 160+ vetted specialists who have completed more than 968 transactions for professional athletes and entertainers, representing over $11 billion in sales. Before real estate, Megan served as Marketing Director in New York City for a notable fashion designer, collaborating closely with professional athletes, entertainers, fashion designers, models, and media personalities from CBS News and ESPN. That experience shaped an instinct for discretion, precision, and high-stakes client service that carries through everything she does today.
