About Megan
Megan uses a consultative approach to listen to what client needs are and make sure that they can work together to help find the perfect home or find the perfect buyer for their home.
She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, she is professionally trained to get the best deal for a purchase or sale of a home.
Her background is in both finance and sales. She graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1995. Her previous education and work experience has given her an edge in negotiations as well as marketing and networking sales.
She sells $25M+ in real estate per year, which puts her in the top 1% of producing real estate brokers in Colorado. Though she closes 30-40 deals/year, her clients always feel as if they are the ones. She feels responsible for and responsive to each need that a client may have.
Megan loves Denver and she is looking forward to living here for rest of her life. Her husband, Mark, their beagle Winnie, and herself live in Wash Park. Selling real estate is her dream job, and she loves putting happy clients in homes and helping satisfied sellers.
