About Megan

Megan is a native Delawarean and comes from a legacy of real estate development and property management.  Her late grandfather, Gray Magness, built many of the North Wilmington communities, including Chalfonte and Graylin Crest, and her father was a property/project manager for Magness Construction. 

Megan has over 10 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience.  She works with Investors to sell and purchase rental investments.  Megan oversees the The Mottola Group Property Management Services. Previously, she worked at another local Property Management Company where she managed over 160 residential properties.  She was highly successful in quickly developing a portfolio of property management for her clients.  Her skills were honed over many years in various businesses including MBNA America where she learned the importance of customer service and attention to detail.

Megan lives in North Wilmington.  Her son and daughter attended University of Delaware.
