Megan Wood

Welcome home with Megan Wood, where every client is family.  Megan’s approach to real estate is deeply rooted in her love for her community, family, and desire to help others. Raised in Arvada, Megan’s journey in real estate began with a heartfelt project – flipping a historic 1898 house in Colorado Springs. It’s this personal touch, coupled with her robust professional skills and commitment to understanding her clients’ dreams, that sets her apart.  

Megan’s educational background, including a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an MBA from Colorado Technical University, forms the foundation of her sharp business acumen. Her tenure at FedEx and the State of Colorado as a project manager honed her skills in organization, determination, and leadership, managing teams across the globe. 

Megan’s weekends are a testament to her devotion, spent coaching or cheering on her daughters at sporting events and is the Athletic Director of a K-8 Catholic school, a legacy of her father’s love for sports and healthy competition. She is also on the Board of Directors for a Colorado Destination Academy, a non-profit basketball club for grades 4th -12th that includes a National team and prep school.  This warmth extends to her clients, whom she treats with the same care and dedication. Her extensive travels and rich life experiences, from managing international IT projects and teams at FedEx to coordinating fundraisers at her daughters’ schools, have gifted her with the empathy to connect with clients from all walks of life. Megan’s personal motto, “What you give out, comes back,” perfectly encapsulates her approach to real estate and life.
