About Meggan

For more than two decades, Meggan Douglas has been guiding buyers and sellers to resounding success in Fairfield County. As a fourth-generation Rowayton resident and the daughter of a local builder, a love of homes and real estate is practically in her DNA. It's no surprise that Meggan and partner Kelly Connell, the Pinnacle Team at Compass, are responsible for closing the majority of the transactions in Rowayton and two of the three largest transactions in the area, including the $8 million sale of Tavern Island.

Highly skilled and professional, Meggan offers a vast network of local professionals for her clients and massive buyer and seller pool in which to share her listings. Clients praise her firm negotiating style and her intuitive ability to know when to give clients space and when to spring into action. Few people know the local market and housing inventory like Meggan, and as a Compass founding agent in Darien-Rowayton-Norwalk, she's been integral to the brokerage's success in the region.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Meggan lives with her young sons, Ben and Griffin, the family's fifth-generation of Rowaytonites. Of course, the water is a major part of her life, and she can often be found paddleboarding or at the beach with her family.
