"We interviewed a number of potential agents when selling our home, and Meghan easily won the listing - which had nothing to do with her proposed listing price or comps (we studied the market and knew what the home was worth). We knew we had a special property that had been lovingly and completely renovated (which is not always common for the mainline area), but had to sell due to a relocation for work. What separated her from other agents was her compassion and hard work BEFORE winning our business. We didnāt want to sell and she knew we would need as frictionless a transaction as possible.
