Meghan Hilbert

Meghan Hilbert brings a rare blend of Peninsula roots, San Francisco fluency, and operational excellence to her real estate practice. Raised on the Peninsula, she spent countless weekends in San Francisco long before calling it home, giving her an intuitive understanding of the city's neighborhoods, rhythms, and real estate nuances.

She graduated from Chico State University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales and began her career on the operations side of a San Francisco–based brokerage, where she gained hands-on experience in marketing, project management, and client relations. During this time, Meghan led the onboarding of more than 249 real estate agents on boutique real estate teams, generating over $2.2 million in revenue while managing complex workflows and delivering exceptional client service.

Meghan later joined Compass on the staff side before transitioning into sales and joining the team of renowned Realtor and fifth-generation San Franciscan, Marianne Bacigalupi Schier. Working closely alongside Marianne, she has refined her expertise in market analysis, client service, negotiation strategy, and transaction management. Meghan is also an active member of the San Francisco Women's Council of Realtors, where she continues to expand her professional network, stay engaged with industry trends, and invest in her ongoing growth as a real estate professional.
