With more than 24 years of experience in the Boston and Cambridge residential real estate market and 27 years in sales, Melanie is a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers navigating one of the region’s most competitive landscapes. She has successfully guided hundreds of transactions, working with families, investors, first-time buyers, relocating buyers, and downsizers, always with a focus on strategy, clarity, and results.
Melanie’s entrepreneurial roots trace back to Quebec, where she funded her business degree at HEC Montréal by building and operating a vintage eBay business. Specializing in mid-century modern design, she sourced and shipped curated pieces worldwide, an early expression of the design sensibility and work ethic that continue to define her real estate practice.
After relocating to Boston, Melanie combined her passion for real estate and design by acquiring, renovating, and reselling more than a dozen properties. Most recently, she completed a full-scale renovation of her Cambridge home, further deepening her expertise in value creation, construction, and thoughtful design.
