About Melanie
After more than a decade in the industry, Melanie Everett has earned a reputation for distinctive marketing, seamless client experiences, and a passion for her craft. Melanie leads The Everett Group at Compass, where she and her agents serve buyers and sellers in Chicago and the Western Suburbs.
 
In 2019, Melanie opened the proverbial doors to her namesake brokerage. After almost 7 years of incredible and organic growth, Melanie forged a game-changing partnership with Compass in 2025, the #1 real estate residential brokerage firm in the nation.
