Melinda Spence

Melinda Spence is a Texan through-and-through. Born in Dallas and raised about an hour and a half east in the small town of Tyler, receiving her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas A&M University. Regardless of where she called home, Melinda has always sought out community—in church, her kids' schools, and the local neighborhoods. That sense of community is what drives her passion for real estate.

For the past eight years, Melinda has worked with the communities throughout North Dallas, specifically Northwood Hills. She typically works with higher-end clients but will happily work with first-time home buyers and those with strict budgetary concerns, as well.

Melinda has worked in Dallas proper for her entire real estate career, which she started almost 15 years ago as a transaction coordinator. During her five years as a coordinator, Melinda learned the financial and strategic intricacies of the real estate process, giving her an edge when helping her clients navigate a deal.

As an authentic and reputable agent, Melinda takes great pride in fostering close relationships with her clients. She represents each person entirely, with integrity, honesty, and thorough business acumen. To ensure she is the best advocate possible to her clients, Melinda networks with agents and contacts, communicating professionally and efficiently to help her clients complete their real estate goals.

While 2020 was a challenging year, Melinda navigated many challenges with confidence and skill, working diligently to continue building her team and successfully serve her clients.

Melinda loves her community's friendly, supportive vibe. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching movies. She is incredibly thankful for her beautiful family, including her husband and children, whom she has raised to be honest and independent as they chart their paths forward.
