Melissa DiVita

Melissa prides herself on exceeding the expectations of her clients with her accessibility, organization and keen ability to understand their needs. With unwavering determination, she is dedicated to meeting the real estate goals of her clients.

Melissa is a Bay Area native, an alumna of Marin Catholic High School and Santa Clara University. She grew up in Belvedere and has lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years. She began her career in the securities business holding sales and marketing positions then expanding into Residential Real Estate in 2003 working for Hill and Company in San Francisco.

Melissa and her husband Michael, a mortgage broker and owner of DiVita Home Finance Inc., and their three children have resided in Tiburon for over a decade. Having all three of her children attend Belvedere Nursery school, Reed Schools and Redwood, Melissa has been class mom several times and continues to donate her free time in the classroom and at school events. As a member of The Tiburon Yacht Club, Belvedere Tennis Club and Villa Taverna, she continues to immerse herself in the community in which she loves and was raised.
