Hello, hello! Welcome to our family here at Avenue Realty. My name is Melissa Dunn. I am excited to go through your next milestone together. Real Estate warms my heart. When I was a child, my dad would take me along on his house hunting journey to many open houses allowing me to admire the cool details and uniqueness in homes. He must have instilled a little Real Estate fire in my heart then because ever since, I have loved the search.

Trust that I WILL do my part…I frequently have friends ask if I can recommend things such as a good doctor, hair stylist, or plumber because they trust my honest judgment. I am a thorough researcher and become obsessed with finding the best or perfect answer whether it is a good doctor recommendation or finding/selling a home for you.

I am confident I can empower you with more knowledge then I felt my Real Estate Agent gave our family as 1st time home buyers. I am willing to LISTEN, LEARN, and constantly IMPROVE myself to stay ahead of the curve to be the best REALTOR you deserve.
