Melissa was my agent for selling my condo, after I accepted an offer the the buyerās agent/team completely flakedā¦ It took over two months to close and there were about 4 different closing dates. Through this process Melissa was always there for me and multiple times she spent days on the phone trying to organize the buyers end of the deal. We finally closed be caused she got everything together for the buyer lending institution, the buyers title company, and the buyers paperwork for the city of D.C. I am still a super annoyed that the buyerās agent/team got a single penny from me because Melissa really deserved both commissions.
Also, she was super helpful prepping/ styling my condo for market. Because if her help I got top dollar for my condo, it actually sold for slightly more for my condo than I hoped for."

Melissa is a 4th generation Washingtonian with a very personal connection to DC real estate, dating to the moment her great-grandparents decided to turn their modest row home on Connecticut and Calvert into shops and restaurants, helping to create the thriving Woodley Park area we all know today.
