"Melissa helped us find our dream home. She always made herself available when we had questions or had a new home we wanted to see. She truly bent over backwards to help us. We liked her so much, we even ended up moving around the corner from her and her sweet family."

"Our first time using an agent to find a home to lease and Melissa is just amazing! She was always available, listened to our requests, and put in the work to find us our perfect home! She grew up in Dallas and knows the area so well! I highly recommend her to help you find your next home."

About Melissa
As a third generation Dallas native, Melissa has been to almost every corner of the city she calls home. Growing up in Lakewood and the M-Streets, she shares years of experience as she has witnessed the development of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex evolve through the years. Not only does she hold a wealth of knowledge of the city, Melissa also brings her accounting and real-estate finance background to every transaction. Prior to working as a Realtor, she began her real-estate career as a staff accountant for a commercial real-estate investment firm. Her attention to detail and top-notch level of trust are just two of her greatest strengths in servicing her clients.

She is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School in Lakewood, Bishop Lynch High School in East Dallas, and serves on the Board of Advisors as the Secretary for alumni relations. Melissa is also a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas, located in Richardson, Texas and a parishioner of St. Monica Catholic Church in North Dallas.

Melissa is an attentive listener and finds inspiration in helping others achieve their goals. She thrives on building life-long relationships and friendships with almost everyone she meets. She has a passion for interior design, home renovations and historic architecture. Outside of the office, you can find Melissa spending time with her two sons and husband, Matt.

Melissa strongly believes in giving back to her community and is in charge of the "For The Love Of The Lake" program for the Bishop Lynch Alumni committee - committed to keeping a section of White Rock Lake litter free. She is also involved in a number of local charities in the Dallas area.

“Being a local is an enormous advantage in servicing my clients. Because of this, I can quickly narrow down an area that is most attractive based on the information given to me,” says Melissa. “My favorite aspect of my job is educating my clients and providing them with all the tools they need to make the best informed decision for their family”.

Buying and selling your home is one of the most important financial decisions your family will ever make. A successful sale or buy requires a plan. Melissa is here to provide professional guidance before, during, and after the lease, sale or purchase of your home.
