About Melissa
Melissa has been a real estate broker for over 26 years. She studied Aviation Sciences at the University of Alaska, and is proficient in multi-family, income properties, bankruptcy sales, short sale negotiations, and specializes in equestrian properties.

Melissa loves working in the Seattle and Snohomish markets, where she helps clients find the perfect properties for their four-legged kids. She takes her role as a consultant and advocate very seriously and takes the time to help her clients understand the process of buying and selling a home. Melissa enjoys fruit trees and horses on her 2.5-acre mini-farm. Melissa believes a home must speak to you, and will not sell you a home you do not love.

Melissa has been married 29 years to her college sweetheart, and they have two delightful grown kids, Nia and Andy. She raises Corgis and Morgan horses. Melissa enjoys exploring the great Northwest on one of her trusty mounts. When she is not riding, she loves to cook and feed people, there is always room for a guest or three at her table.
