About Melissa

Originally from Pennsylvania, Melissa has called the DC area home for more than 15 years. She pursued her passion for real estate by joining Team Koki a decade ago and became a Partner in 2023.

Melissa’s commitment to long-term customer care was shaped during her previous career in the sports and entertainment industry. After completing her undergraduate degree at Elizabethtown College, Melissa worked in Sales & Marketing for various professional sports organizations including the Washington Wizards. However, once Melissa transitioned from sports and to real estate she knew she found her true passion.


As a homeowner in Virginia and real estate investor in DC, Melissa has an in-depth local knowledge of the unique characteristics the DMV market presents. She is motivated day in and day out to be a dedicated advocate for her clients, ensuring they have a seamless buying and selling experience they will remember long after the transaction is complete.

Melissa lives in Falls Church with her husband Mitch, an active duty military officer, and their two sons, Lincoln and Carter.  In her free time, she enjoys attending her sons' sporting events, playing tennis, skiing, and traveling with her family.
