Melissa Piccolomo

Melissa began investing in Manhattan real estate in 2004 and has since cultivated a deep, multifaceted expertise through her roles as a property manager, project manager, and co-op board member. After acquiring several investment properties, she led comprehensive renovations and restorations, curated sophisticated interiors, and managed the assets as high-performing rentals. Melissa attended the Fashion Institute of Technology’s and the NY School of Interior Design, she brings a refined design sensibility and strategic vision to every listing, expertly staging and positioning properties to maximize value and market appeal.

At Compass, Melissa plays a key role on the award-winning Yang Ch’ien Team. The high-performing team manages residential listings throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island and has consistently ranked in the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide by The Wall Street Journal. As an integral member of the team, Melissa supports client experience, operations, and marketing with her signature energy and attention to detail, helping drive the team’s continued success.

Melissa has lived in the West Village for over 22 years with her husband, their two children, and their dog, Felix. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, traveling and taking advantage of everything New York City has to offer.
