In 2015, after years of working in marketing at technology companies and in program management for nonprofit organizations, Melissa began her career in real estate. Her professional background, combined with a lifelong personal connection to the industry, provides a strong foundation for her work. Melissa’s family has owned and operated a real estate brokerage in the Hamptons, New York since the 1960s, giving her a deep understanding of real estate and the importance of thoughtful, well-executed representation.

She takes a highly consultative approach, acting as a trusted advisor, advocate, and negotiator. Melissa and her partner, Eric, lead teams in both Boston and Jackson Hole, sharing their time between the two markets. Drawing on Melissa’s professional experience in Boston’s urban market and her upbringing in a second-home and resort community in the Hamptons, her clients benefit from top-tier professional expertise and a nuanced understanding of both primary home and resort market environments. Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active, particularly skiing and swimming, and spending time with her husband, Eric, their daughter, Hayden, and their two Australian Shepherds, Mabel (Maybe) and Waffles.
