Melissa Stein brings a unique blend of Texas roots and California expertise, along with a genuine passion for helping people find their place in the communities they love. Born in Texas and raised with strong family values, Melissa moved to Southern California in 1996, where she spent nearly two decades in Malibu before returning to Austin in 2015. Drawn by the city's vibrant energy and strong sense of community, she discovered her passion for real estate, earning her license in 2017. She immediately joined a top-producing luxury real estate team in the highly sought-after Lake Travis area, where she played an instrumental role in helping the team double its production.

Seeking to expand her industry expertise, Melissa transitioned into new home sales with an award-winning, nationally recognized builder. In that role, she guided hundreds of buyers through the home purchase process with confidence, care and clarity, making one of life's biggest decisions a rewarding experience.

Now, Melissa has come full circle, recently relocating back to Orange County and joining Machoskie & Associates in Newport Beach. Her extensive knowledge of both the Southern California and Austin markets, combined with hands-on experience in luxury resale and new construction, allows her to provide valuable insight to first-time buyers, growing families, luxury clients and investors alike.
