Mellanie Debayle

Originally from Miami, Florida, Mellanie brings over five years of experience in real estate and a solid background in customer service. Whether she's helping clients or sharing her knowledge, Mellanie always brings a friendly and positive attitude. With a family history in real estate, Mellanie started as an assistant in 2018 where she learned what it takes when listing a home for sale and the importance of always being in constant communication with clients in order to keep the process of home buying and selling smooth. After becoming skilled in all facets of real estate, Mellanie earned her real estate license in September 2022, promptly closing her first home the following month. She's also fluent in Spanish, which makes her a great fit for our international clients.

There's more to Mellanie than just real estate expertise. She’s an enthusiast of all things seafood, from sushi to ceviche, and she can never resist a quality cheeseburger paired with a milkshake. Mellanie is also a music fanatic with varied tastes, ranging from Ella Fitzgerald to Taylor Swift. Her background in fine arts, classical music training, and a degree in Criminology with a minor in Linguistics from Florida State University demonstrate her diverse skill set. Not to mention, she's on a mission to become fluent in Portuguese after immersing herself in the language through her work with clients from Brazil.
