About Melody
Melody received her Master's in Leadership and Organizational Development from Chapman University as well as her Bachelor's in Public Relations and Advertising/Marketing, minoring in Business and Communications. She earned her Real Estate license in May 2009. With her knowledge and customer service skills, Melody provides high-caliber resources along with impeccable services to ensure efficiency, quality, and education.
Ambitious, intelligent, and determined are just a few words that describe Melody and her incredible work ethic. Her diverse experience in many other industries include working closely with C-level executives in NYC with their Software and IT support. Her background also includes working in entertainment, insurance, retail, and restaurant/service industries. Each field has contributed to a variety of talents and expertise she's acquired, which she applies to all facets of the real estate sector. Having lived in New York and traveled abroad, Melody possesses the complementing ability to have a better understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity as well as vision and creativity beyond her current environment.
Throughout her real estate career, Melody has been a part of top luxury teams in Southern California with sales up to $200 million annually and property values ranging from from $300,000 to $40 million. She also has many relationships with agents across the country and world to provide clients with assistance wherever they may need it.
She always approaches real estate as a consultative experience for clients, a conversation, and a way to help understand her client's needs. For her, being able to live and work in such a beautiful area is such a blessing.
Melody's greatest influences have been her family, faith, education, and many respected and influential leaders both past and present. She has a deep passion for helping others, which not only carries over into her professional career but also in her philanthropic activities. As a breast cancer survivor, she is very active in mentorship and awareness. Melody also volunteers with Project Mexico assisting with building homes for those in need and hosting events such as the Fundraising Chairwoman of the Orange County International Orthodox Christian Charities organization.
