Melody Mueller is a commercial real estate broker with nearly eight years in the industry, specializing in the sale, acquisition and leasing of specialty assets: industrial warehouse and flex facilities, transportation-related properties, medical and dental office buildings, med spas, executive and traditional office space, and investment properties. She holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Melody’s approach is built on market-driven underwriting and close attention to detail. Whether a client is making an acquisition, selling an asset or securing space for a business, she grounds every recommendation in the numbers, so owners, investors and business users can make decisions that support growth and limit risk. Clients can count on proactive communication, practical problem-solving and creative negotiation.

Melody is serving her third term on the Board of Directors of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR), where she also chairs the Membership Committee, and her third term on the Board of Directors of Women of Compass Chicago. She is also an Events Committee member for the CCIM Illinois Chapter. Through these leadership roles and a broad network of industry partners, she guides each transaction from site selection through closing or lease execution.
