About Mercedes

Born in the Philippines, Mercedes moved to the Bay Area when she was 15. She went on to major in Early Childhood Education at Boston College and then sought out her master’s degree from Notre Dame de Namur University. After working in the childcare industry for 12 years, she co-founded Aging Consulting Services which assisted the elderly who were transitioning into senior living. While growing her company, she found a white space in the real estate market helping seniors deal with their homes after they moved. She has been working in the real estate industry since then with buyers, sellers and investors. She has received her accreditation in SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), and is a certified Negotiator. She has a passionate interest in real estate and loves assisting her clients.

Mercedes raised four children in the Bay Area and has a huge sense of compassion, commitment, and duty to be of service to others in her community. Lead by her entrepreneurial spirit and longstanding relationship with the community, Mercedes offers an innovative approach to buying and selling homes from the first time home buyer to the seller who is looking to retire and downsize, her service, negotiation skills, and attention to detail results in a smooth and successful experience.
