A true Dallas native, Meredith Rose offers clients a lifetime of local expertise. Born and raised in the Park Cities and an SMU graduate, she brings a lifelong connection to the community and an authentic insider’s perspective on the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Meredith’s professional foundation was forged during over a decade spent at both J.P. Morgan and in commercial real estate where she refined her expertise in marketing and client services. She has been fortunate to be mentored by elite executives within the finance industry as well as the Dallas luxury real estate market. Her approach is defined by relentless dedication to clients, clear and quick communication, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail - qualities she utilizes to navigate clients through the complexities of real estate transactions.
Meredith joined Compass in 2023 and assisted with over $150 million in sales during her first two years. Since joining the Danuser Rado Group in 2025, she has personally driven $7.2 million in sales volume. Leveraging Compass’s industry-leading technology, marketing, and brand power, along with exclusive private networking groups, Meredith provides her clients with a distinct edge. She specializes in uncovering off-market opportunities and private listings while strategically positioning every property to stand out in today's competitive landscape.
Meredith lives in the Park Cities with her husband and three young children. In her free time, you can find her cheering on the SMU Mustangs, volunteering at her children's school, Boone Elementary or just enjoying the community she has called home for a lifetime.
