About Merlin
Merlin constantly strives to learn as much as he can, be an inspiration where he goes and be of service where he is.

As a resident of Berks County for over 20 years, Merlin has a vast knowledge of the area. In 2011, he became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and REALTOR®. In 2012, he received a prestigious designation, known as Certified Distressed Property Expert®. This qualified him to provide options for homeowners who are underwater, have defaulted on their mortgages, or are facing foreclosure.

Before becoming a Realtor® he worked in residential construction, built many custom homes, was a heavy equipment operator doing industrial demolition, worked in commercial construction management, and lastly, inspected houses as a Certified Residential Inspector (2010-2013). Merlin prides himself on personal development, extensive education, and volunteering in his community. This, in turn, keeps him informed, relevant, and professional. Here are a few of his involvements: Vice President of Par District 4 Diversity Committee Chairman ( 2019), Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, Chairman for PA Young Professional Network Advisory Committee (2017), Vice-Chair for Diversity Committee (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® 2018), on the Council of Residential Specialists and much more!
