From small residential income properties to larger apartment buildings, I understand what drives value — cap rates, rent rolls, vacancy trends, and upside potential — and bring that analytical rigor to every deal. Having personally bought, renovated, rented, and sold investment properties across the region, I don't just broker these transactions — I understand them from the inside out.

After a decade of career in tech startups, I transitioned into Real Estate in 2016. Since then, I've been involved in Luxury Residences, Residential Properties, Construction Development, MultiFamily, Remodeling, and Investment Sales totaling over $250 million across Marin, Sonoma, and San Francisco.

My background goes well beyond traditional real estate. I'm passionate about multi-family construction and development, having collaborated with some of the region's most respected firms — including Nibbi Brothers, Cahill, Build Group, Johnston Moyer, Woods Partners, and Signature Development. With hands-on experience in pre-development planning, construction oversight, and cost estimation, I bring a rare, comprehensive perspective to every deal.

When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking Marin's trails, exploring new cuisines, and above all, I treasure time with my wife Katie, our three children, and our GSD, Tyson.
