Born and raised in Marco Island, Florida - Marc is a true Neapolitan. Serving all of Marco Island and Naples with Compass Florida LLC.
Marc’s family roots have been closely intertwined with the city of Naples since the 1960s! Third generation Neapolitan! A history, that started with his grandfather Mario Lamendola coming down from Chicago, IL. Mario was a local architect, who had an architectural firm in Naples for over 30 years. He created original designs for hundreds of local projects, including the original St. William’s , St. Peter’s, and St. Elizabeth Seton churches.
Whether it was running around the family office, or visiting job sites - the passion for local real estate, and development started early for Marc.
Attending Ave Maria University, and later becoming a top producing agent. Marc’s extensive background knowledge on market statistics, and local development give our clients the knowledge, and confidence they need to successfully navigate a competitive market.
