Since becoming a homeowner in 2018, Mia Carlson has been on a mission to help renters achieve the dream of ownership. She began her career specializing in first-time buyers and quickly expanded her expertise to listings, leveraging her design knowledge and market insight to maximize value for sellers. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a background in psychological research, hospitality, and counseling, Mia brings a unique skill set to real estate. Her empathetic, insightful approach has earned her a reputation as a reliable partner—qualities that make her an ideal choice for agent referrals.

Passionate about conservation, architecture, and community, Mia spends her free time in the garden, walking her dogs, volunteering, and caring for her bonsai trees. Originally from Miami, she spent seven years in Brooklyn before making Nashville her home. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mia combines big-city savvy with Southern warmth and a love for Upstate New York’s charm to support clients with personalized care.
