Mia has been specializing in luxury real estate representing properties and high profile individuals in the Palm Beach area for over 22 years. She has negotiated and executed multi-million dollar contracts, performed all marketing and advertising functions as relates to listed properties, and provided potential sellers and buyers with marketing research and statistical analysis. Most recently, she was a sales executive for three new construction projects in Palm Beach County which added to her real estate experiences working on site giving presentations, identifying buyer requirements, presenting offers, completing all paper work and consistently maintaining a database for following up with potential prospects, referrals and realtors. Mia's success in real estate is attributed to her negotiating skills, her ability to assess her client's needs, and her success in facilitating all aspects of any transaction with professionalism and patience. Her varied background has contributed to her success. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, represented a governmental relations firm, and managed the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Prior to her real estate career in Palm Beach, she was the Senior Design Assistant for a prestigious Palm Beach high- end design firm. Her experience in design adds to her aesthetic sense that can help clients visualize the possibilities of a home meeting their personal style and requirements. Mia holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She has lived in the Palm Beach area for over 30 years and is an active member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors.
