Hi, I’m Mia Parker, a licensed REALTOR® in both Tennessee and Georgia. I’m passionate about helping others create legacies through real estate, whether that’s guiding first-time homebuyers, supporting veterans, uplifting underserved communities, or helping clients navigate commercial and residential investments. My mission is simple: to help others build wealth, make informed decisions, and feel empowered every step of the way.
I specialize in residential, commercial, development, sports & entertainment, and property management. No matter the type of transaction, I offer personalized service and a commitment to transparency, so my clients feel confident and supported throughout their journey.
Originally from Kansas City and raised in Phoenix, I moved to Nashville to attend Tennessee State University, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management. After 20+ years here, I’ve truly enjoyed watching this city grow and thrive. I encourage everyone to invest in the energy and opportunity that Music City offers.
Beyond helping clients, I serve on the Metro Board for Equalization for Davidson County, where I advocate for fair property taxation and equitable housing policies, continuing my commitment to fairness and access in real estate.
When I’m not working, I love traveling to exotic places, golfing, horseback riding, exploring art shows, and dining at Nashville’s best rooftops and fine restaurants. My son inspires me daily to lead with purpose, and my husband is my biggest cheerleader, always encouraging me to keep reaching higher.
