Pavel Gonzalez is an experienced and savvy real estate agent. So, clients and colleagues are often surprised to learn his path to the industry was a winding one. It began at a winery in Mendoza, at the foothills of the Andes. The vineyard was the foundation on which he built his real estate career. There, Pavel sharpened his exemplary people skills. He met cosmopolitan travelers from all over the world, inspiring him to learn and master both English and Italian.
Pavel made his way to South Florida in 2002. He often describes his arrival as “love at first sight.” He eventually settled in Miami, attracted to the city’s gorgeous scenery and unmatched potential for professional opportunities.
One of Pavel’s greatest assets is his mastery of Miami. It allows him to match clients with a property and neighborhood where they can live their ideal Miami lifestyle. Pavel specializes in helping clients find their perfect single-family homes or condos in Miami Beach, Brickell, Coconut Grove Downtown Miami, the Biscayne Boulevard corridor, and his own community of Bay Heights.
