Ida Schwartz has over 20 years of experience, speaks Spanish, and is from Miami Beach. Ida has received a production award for each of her 20 years in Real Estate. Ida attended the University of Miami (UM / UMiami). Ida speaks fluent Spanish. Many of Ida's clients are from Canada, South America, or are Domestic Buyers.

Minette Schwartz who is also from Miami Beach received her B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) and her MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Minette has lived and spent several years in New York City, London, Santiago, Durham, and Philadelphia. Minette is on the Alumni Board of Miami Country Day School (MCDS) and is the Admissions Chair.
