Micah White is a Chicago-based real estate broker, investor, and educator passionate about helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate. A graduate of Indiana University, Micah began his career in real estate private equity, where he worked on over $175 million in institutional commercial acquisitions before transitioning into real estate development advisory consulting.

Today, Micah leverages his institutional background and hands-on investing experience, personally owning and managing multifamily properties throughout Chicago, to help clients identify, analyze, and close high-performing deals in some of the city’s most promising neighborhoods.

Known for his transparent and educational approach, Micah has built a social media presence under @realestatewithmicah, where he shares daily insights on investing, market trends, and development strategy.
