"I never worked with a realtor before but rest assured, Micha was my first, and most likely last realtor because you don’t need to look any further! He is IT. I stumbled upon him completely by accident when calling to inquire whether a unit was still available. Although the unit was already occupied, he offered his help and was very thorough to take down all of my information, and preferences. "If there were TEN stars reviews Micha deserves them all. I met Micha while hunting for a rental apartment in Miami Beach. While doing that Micha spend a great amount of time on educating me about the real estate market that is happening in Florida. I decide to buy instead of renting. He gave me a list of apartments and I fell in love with one on West Ave, Miami Beach. The sale didn't go through because of some technical issues.
