Michael Brouse has been a proud resident of the Treasure Valley since 2008 and is deeply rooted in the Boise community. With a background in Business Management from Quincy University—where he attended on a full athletic scholarship as a starting quarterback—Michael brings a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and teamwork to the real estate industry.

His passion for real estate goes beyond individual transactions. Over his career, Michael has successfully built a high-performing real estate team and grown his brokerage to nearly 100 agents in just 12 months. His ability to mentor and scale teams has established him as a trusted leader in the industry.

Before expanding his real estate business, Michael served as the Director of Marketing for Tom Ferry, the world’s #1 real estate coaching company. This experience gave him unparalleled insight into cutting-edge marketing strategies, negotiation techniques, and business growth—knowledge that he now applies to help his clients and agents succeed in a competitive market.

Michael takes a personalized and strategic approach to real estate, ensuring each client receives tailored guidance to achieve their goals.
