About Michael Carlo

Michael has always brought a service-first mentality to interacting with his clients in the over a decade that he has worked in the real estate industry. He recognizes that his first duty is to take his clients' dreams and transform them into reality. Through thoughtfulness, honesty, and integrity, he has consistently delivered superior outcomes to his clients over the years.

Michael began his career in commercial real estate brokerage at Marcus & Millichap where he was part of one the highest producing team in New York City, involving him in over $200 million of transactions.

Michael is a skilled negotiator and prides himself on the importance of efficiency and keeping an eye for detail in every transaction. He specializes in the Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Bel-Air, and Malibu luxury markets. Michael has cultivated a client list ranging from C-Suite executives and tech luminaries to some of LA’s most well-respected developers and entertainers.

Born and raised in Dallas, Michael holds true to his Texan love for life and Southern elan. He is an alumnus of the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where he majored in Real Estate Finance & Development.

Outside of real estate, Michael is the Co-CIO of his family’s investment fund, Longform Capital, which focuses on Litigation Finance, Mezzanine Debt, as well a range of Multifamily and Industrial Real Estate projects across the US and the UK.

He is also a supporter of the Norton Simon Museum, The Huntington Library, and St. Michael’s Abbey.
