Michael Douglas is a passionate realtor based in Jupiter, FL, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. A graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, Michael studied Urban Studies, equipping him with a strong understanding of urban development and community planning.

After spending a decade in Breckenridge, CO, as a Ski and Snowboard instructor, Michael developed exceptional skills in communication and client service, which he now applies to his real estate career. He obtained his Florida real estate license at the end of 2021 and has been with Compass Florida since February 2025, where he is dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of service.

Michael is committed to professional development and holds the Green Designation and the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). These credentials reflect his dedication to sustainable practices and strategic pricing, ensuring his clients receive expert guidance throughout their real estate journey.
