Michael Downey

Michael is a Florida native, born and raised in Palm Beach. In 2016, Michael graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a J.D. in law and has decided to incorporate his legal knowledge into his passion for real estate. In 2005, Michael obtained his mortgage brokers license and worked as a loan officer in Palm Beach Gardens. His wealth of knowledge and experience helps him navigate any issues that may arise in the real estate process. Michael believes that hard work and perseverance are the cornerstone of any successful business, but also knows the importance of clear communication and leadership with the client, lender, attorneys, and title company.
