Since receiving my real estate license in 1990, I have sold hundreds of homes in San Francisco and the Bay Area. I have 28 years of experience selling real estate full-time.
I was born and raised in San Francisco and have lived here my whole life. Because of this, I am uniquely familiar with all areas of this beautiful city. In all the years I have lived here, I have watched the different neighborhoods of San Francisco go through many changes. I can offer you valuable insights from a native’s point-of-view.
I specialize in residential home sales, probate and trust sales. I have sold everything from large apartment buildings, to small condos in my 28 years of real estate. I personally converted a two-unit building to condos, and have just finished converting a three-unit building, so I have first-hand experience with the condo conversion process. I am also very experienced with selling tenant-occupied properties as well.
