About Michael
With a reputation, from his background in Hospitality, for placing clients’ needs, goals and objectives at the forefront of every transaction, Michael provides communication, negotiation and management skills in combination with an extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods and real estate market. These skills, along with a tireless work ethic, turned into an opportunity to branch out with his own team with Compass after many years under other real estate teams. Michael has closed over 150 transactions and is known for his effectiveness throughout the whole transaction process as a counselor, facilitator and liaison – from property search or listing through market analysis, to negotiations, escrow and closing.
Michael grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and received his Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. After moving to the Tampa Bay area, he was a restaurant/hotel manager before discovering his true passion of Real Estate. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, playing soccer, and enjoying the beautiful weather this area has to offer with his wife and son Gavin.
