Real estate has been a part of my entire life and representing my clients is not just a job for me - nothing beats the feeling of helping someone find the right house to call home. Combined with 14 years of living, studying, and working in Charleston, I give my clients a smooth, grounded experience from start to finish.
Before turning to real estate full-time, I was a litigation attorney handling high-stakes, multi-million dollar cases. That background taught me how to prepare and anticipate the other side's positions, and advocate for my clients during negotiations. I also practiced real estate law and handled hundreds of closings, so very little surprises me during a transaction.
Whether you’re buying a first home, a second home, or an investment property, my approach is simple: I want you to feel prepared and confident in what you’re buying; and if you’re selling, I want to make sure you get what you want out of the sale. When tough situations come up, we sit down, review the options together, and take the time needed to make the right decision. If a deal doesn't work for you and we can’t come to an agreement with the other side, I have no problem walking away.
All this is why my clients know me as responsive, prepared, straightforward, and honest.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually out with my wife and two sons—riding bikes along Shem Creek to watch for dolphins, exploring the Old Village or spending time at the beach on Sullivan’s Island or Seabrook Island.
I’ve lived in Charleston for 13 years and spent 8 of those years in Downtown Charleston while attending College of Charleston and Charleston School of Law. Now I live in Mount Pleasant with my family. Not a day goes by where I get tired of living here - I love the history, the food, the beaches, and the year-round warm weather. And there’s still so much to do!
Serving buyers and sellers in Mount Pleasant, Downtown Charleston, James Island, West Ashley, Johns Island, Moncks Corner, Summerville, and Seabrook Island. If interested in new construction homes or short-term rental opportunities, please let me know as areas are limited.
